Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup cassava flour (farinha de mandioca)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter.
- Add the meat (if using) and cook until crispy.
- Stir in the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until soft and fragrant.
- Add the cassava flour gradually, stirring constantly so it toasts evenly without burning.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring frequently, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat and garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.
