Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth and melted.
  4. Slowly pour in milk, whisking constantly until well combined and smooth.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and mix until melted and the sauce thickens.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning if using.

Notes

For a thinner sauce, add more milk. This sauce is best served fresh but can be refrigerated and reheated gently.
