Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen Alexia Sweet Potato Puffs
- Cooking spray or vegetable oil spray
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- Optional seasonings (e.g., garlic powder, smoked paprika, Cajun spice)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 360°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
- Lightly spray sweet potato puffs with cooking or vegetable oil spray.
- Place puffs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking or flipping basket halfway through.
- Season with salt and any optional spices once cooked.
- Serve immediately for best crispiness.
Notes
Feel free to add grated parmesan cheese in the last 2 minutes of cooking for extra flavor, or experiment with seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, or Cajun spice. Great with ketchup, ranch, aioli, or maple syrup butter.
