Ingredients

  • 1 bag frozen Alexia Sweet Potato Puffs
  • Cooking spray or vegetable oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • Optional seasonings (e.g., garlic powder, smoked paprika, Cajun spice)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 360°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
  2. Lightly spray sweet potato puffs with cooking or vegetable oil spray.
  3. Place puffs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  4. Cook for 8–10 minutes, shaking or flipping basket halfway through.
  5. Season with salt and any optional spices once cooked.
  6. Serve immediately for best crispiness.

Notes

Feel free to add grated parmesan cheese in the last 2 minutes of cooking for extra flavor, or experiment with seasonings like garlic powder, paprika, or Cajun spice. Great with ketchup, ranch, aioli, or maple syrup butter.
